Operations Coordinator

• Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, picking, packing, shipping.
• Process orders from multiple e-commerce platforms and B2B clients.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using ERP system.
• Coordinate with delivery partners and ensure timely dispatch.
• Handle customer service and resolve operational issues.
• Follow up on existing B2B customer orders and identify reorder opportunities.
• Handle inbound sales inquiries from institutions, and retail partners.

Requirements

• 3-5 years UAE warehouse/logistics experience
• Strong English language skills.
• ERP system experience.
• Valid UAE residence visa.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• E-commerce fulfillment experience (Amazon, Noon, online sales) ( Preferred)
• Books/education/retail background.(Preferred)
• UAE driving license. (Preferred)

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
