Operations Coordinator

Operations Coordinator:

  • Manage customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate order processing, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.
  • Monitor and update customer accounts, records, and databases.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Support sales, operations, and logistics teams with customer-related requirements
  • Prepare and monitor customer invoices.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and inventory system (ZOHO)
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage conflict effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
