Operations Coordinator

We require a full-time operations supervisor for our last-mile delivery operations.

Requirement:

• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 1 years Experience in Last-Mile Delivery Operations
• UAE Driving License
• Microsoft Office Expert
• Integrated Systems User

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Oversee daily operations for smooth workflow.
• 2. Coordinate and motivate team members.
• 3. Implement operational policies for efficiency.
• 4. Monitor performance metrics and share updates.
• 5. Provide training and support for staff.
• 6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• 7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• 8. Communicate with management and collaborate across departments.
• 9. Help manage budgets and allocate resources.
• 10. Foster a positive and team-oriented work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
