Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to manage and support daily operational activities for our events and projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between teams, equipment, vehicles, and clients, ensuring every project is executed on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inform teams about upcoming projects and work schedules
• Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and event-based operations
• Check staff availability and coordinate manpower allocation
• Manage attendance records and clear attendance-related issues
• Ensure availability of required equipment for specific projects
• Coordinate vehicle allocation and logistics for events
• Follow up on all ongoing and completed works to ensure timely execution
• Monitor and maintain service schedules for equipment and vehicles
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates and requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational challenges
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations coordination, preferably in events, AV, or production industries
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time-sensitive projects
• Basic knowledge of audio-visual equipment and event logistics is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including event days
