We are a prominent pest control services company operating in Dubai and other emirates since the past 40 years.
We are looking to hire a customer and operations coordinator to work as part of our team.
- Candidates with prior experience preferred.
- Salary is negotiable.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating & scheduling inspection and treatment appointments;
- Advising tenants & clients of preparation and prevention techniques through written and oral communication;
- Following up with all involved parties during the service, from initial inspection to confirmed resolution;
- Keeping detailed records of all appointments and tenant communications;
- Ability to adapt quickly by cancelling or rescheduling appointments on very short notice and informing contractors and tenants of any changes
- Coordinate with Pest Control technicians and drivers to ensure proper delivery of service
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong written & oral skills in English
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with good customer service sense
- Working knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
