The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in keeping daily operations organized and efficient by coordinating customer communication, dispatching technicians, and managing the daily service schedule. This position is often the first point of contact for customers, helping ensure prompt service and clear communication during time-sensitive restoration projects.

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for handling inbound calls, gathering job details, scheduling service appointments, and coordinating the daily routes for monitoring technicians. This role ensures technicians have clear schedules, efficient routes, and the information they need to complete their daily monitoring visits.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. The Operations Coordinator works closely with field technicians, project managers, and office staff to ensure monitoring visits are scheduled efficiently and customers receive timely service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls and respond to service requests
  • Collect and document job details to create accurate projects in job management system
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians for monitoring visits and service calls
  • Coordinate and organize the daily routes for monitoring technicians to maximize efficiency
  • Communicate schedules, route updates, and job details to field technicians
  • Provide customers with scheduling updates and appointment confirmations
  • Maintain accurate records in the job management system
  • Coordinate with project managers and internal teams to ensure schedules stay on track
  • Assist with general operational support and scheduling needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
