We are a fast-paced finance company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support marketing, sales, and internal operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys managing processes, and takes ownership of recurring workflows.

Marketing Operations Duties:
- Execute and manage weekly marketing campaigns
- Perform quality control checks on campaign materials and data
- Maintain marketing data and reporting in Google Sheets
- Track inventory, vendor documentation, and vendor payments
- Manage email campaigns, including unsubscribes and list updates
- Additional reviewing, reporting, and data entry tasks as needed
Sales & CRM Operations:
- Maintain and update CRM data
- Perform weekly system maintenance and data audits
- Manage mail merges and campaign preparation
- Monitor communication tools (error logs, notifications, and system alerts)
- Conduct regular caller ID and outreach system checks
- Support inbound/outbound client communication
Office & Administrative Operations:
- Manage timesheets and payroll-related tracking
- Oversee staff scheduling, PTO tracking, and attendance accuracy
- Order and manage office and operational supplies
- Support recruiting coordination and outreach
- Assist with reporting (payroll, performance metrics, operational data)
- Print and process checks
Loan Processing Support:
- Process a high volume of contracts with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ensure all documentation is complete, organized, and prepared for submission
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to obtain information and resolve issues
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to move deals forward
- Maintain working knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Office for document handling
- Prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment

Qualifications:

- Proficient in English
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Gmail, Docs)
