Operations Coordinator

About the Role


Assigning and informing works other than priority 1 calls to the concerned Engineers, Supervisors and Team Leaders. Generation of work orders for CM, MW and QIR works.


Responsibilities


  • Typing remedies for each work order
  • Completion of work orders
  • Arranging necessary documents for billing and variable work orders
  • Filing of work orders
  • Making purchase requisition and forward to concern
  • Material punching in Oracle
  • Preparation of quotation and maintaining records
  • Labour reporting entry in Oracle
  • Good knowledge in Excel, word and PowerPoint


Qualifications


Higher Secondary Certificate (12th Standard) is a must and Diploma is desired.


Required Skills


  • 2 - 5 years relevant experience
  • Attention to detail, reliability and result orientation
  • Flexibility and Grooming and appearance
  • Basic communication skills in English and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage
