Job Description

WJ Rescate is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator / Coordinador de Montajes to oversee daily operational activities, coordinate installation and assembly projects, and ensure efficient communication between teams, clients, and management.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and montaje/installation activities.
• Schedule personnel, equipment, and project timelines efficiently.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
• Support management with logistics and workflow planning.

Requirements

• Previous experience in operations coordination, logistics, construction, or project management preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and/or English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
