Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at WiRide . In this role, you will help ensure smooth daily operations across our services, including cab, limo, winch, and butler services. You will coordinate service delivery, support field teams, and maintain high standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has experience in coordination, dispatch, or transportation services and can manage operations effectively while delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Coordinate and dispatch services using the dispatching system

·        Assign tasks based on availability, location, and service needs

·        Monitor service progress and ensure timely completion

·        Support drivers and act as the main point of contact

·        Handle client bookings and inquiries

·        Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards

·        Collaborate with teams to improve operations and resolve issues

·        Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements

·        Assist internal teams with processes and systems

·        Identify and manage operational risks

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, dispatch, or transportation services (preferably limousine or luxury services)
• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and dispatch tools is an advantage
