Job Overview

We are looking for a sharp, adaptable, and high-potential individual from a Business Management or IT background to work closely with the CEO Office and senior leadership. This role is ideal for someone who is a fast learner, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and eager to gain cross-functional exposure across operations, reporting, coordination, and strategic initiatives.

This is a high-visibility role with strong learning and growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day activities between CEO Office, Operations, IT, Product, and other teams
  • Assist senior management in planning, follow-ups, and execution of tasks
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and summaries for leadership
  • Track action items, timelines, and deliverables across multiple functions
  • Support process improvements and operational initiatives
  • Assist in documentation, data analysis, and internal communications
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects assigned by senior management

Required Qualifications

  • Education: BBA / MBA / BSCS / BS-IT / MIS or equivalent
  • Experience: Fresh to 1–3 years (high-potential fresh graduates are encouraged)
  • Strong communication & coordination skills
  • Good command over MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace
  • Ability to think logically, analyze data, and solve problems
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
