The Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day coordination of central kitchen and retail operations, ensuring smooth communication between departments, operational efficiency, and timely execution of production and delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities between kitchen, retail, and logistics teams.
- Monitor production schedules and operational timelines.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation.
- Coordinate inventory and stock movement.
- Support ERP system updates and operational tracking.
- Assist in staff scheduling and administrative coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company operational procedures.
- Coordinate maintenance and vendor follow-ups.
- Support implementation of process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B/Hospitality operations.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good organizational and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
