Operations Coordinator - F&B (Central Kitchen, Cake & Chocolate Shops)

The Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day coordination of central kitchen and retail operations, ensuring smooth communication between departments, operational efficiency, and timely execution of production and delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operational activities between kitchen, retail, and logistics teams.
  • Monitor production schedules and operational timelines.
  • Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation.
  • Coordinate inventory and stock movement.
  • Support ERP system updates and operational tracking.
  • Assist in staff scheduling and administrative coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company operational procedures.
  • Coordinate maintenance and vendor follow-ups.
  • Support implementation of process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B/Hospitality operations.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Good organizational and reporting abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
