Operations Coordinator - Marine Supplies

The Role
About the Client: A trusted team in Dubai, offering equipment supply, certifications and maintenance within the marine services industry is looking for an Operations Coordinator. Job Description: -Coordinate quotations internally and send them out to clients. -Send marine supplies reports to management. -Maintain accurate records of quotations, contracts, and operational reports. -Handle documentation and compliance on records keeping— invoices, import/export, supplier certifications and receipts.

Requirements
  • Background or interest in Marine Services & Supplies industry -1 year of UAE experience (Freshers are welcome to apply) -Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) -Professional attitude, organized, and eager to learn
