Job Purpose
Responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Developing new ways
to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
Responsibilities:

Ensure day-to-day operations related to rental vehicles are run smoothly and efficiently, and support branch managers in that.
- Support in fleet planning and yielding strategies for high and low seasons.
- Ensure that vehicles are being used efficiently and turnaround requirements are met and report any delays.
- Assist in monitoring the performance of the branches, e.g., Utilization, walk-ins, incremental sales, costs per turnaround, etc. to identify high potentials.
- Coordinate in planning and dispatching the fleet for hourly, daily, and weekly between branches according to forecast demand.
- Ensure accurate recording and updating of vehicle status on the system to maintain the accuracy of the vehicle’s status.
- Analyze the processes and workflows in branches to meet the standards.
- Planning and scheduling branches’ employees, taking into consideration the availability of resources and workload.
- Monitor activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate issues to management regarding any problems with equipment or processes that may affect productivity.
- Assist in the development of new methods to improve efficiency or reduce costs.
- Analyze data to identify problems or trends that may require corrective action.
- All related Admin work for operations.
Requirements-
A bachelor’s degree in Business administration, commerce, management or relevant field.
- 1 – 3 years of experience.
- Advanced knowledge of MS office applications especially Excel.
- Strong and proven analytical skills.
