Operations coordinator (Spanish)

*Job Title:* Recruitment Operations Specialist(Spanish) Construction Labour *Location:* Panchkula *Job Type:* Full-time *Shift:* Night Shift(5 days) *Job Summary:* We're looking for a Recruitment Operations Specialist to join our team and manage the recruitment, scheduling, and management of construction labourers for various projects across Canada. If you're a self-starter with excellent communication skills and experience in recruitment or construction, we'd love to hear from you! *Responsibilities:* - Source and recruit construction labourers (e.g., carpenters, electricians, pliders, general labourers) - Coordinate with construction sites and clients to determine staffing needs - Schedule and dispatch labourers to job sites - Manage labourer schedules, timesheets, and payroll - Ensure compliance with Canadian labour laws and regulations - Maintain accurate records and databases - Build relationships with construction companies, trade unions, and labourers - Identify and resolve issues or conflicts *Requirements:* - 2+ years of experience in recruitment, construction, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software - Knowledge of Canadian labour laws and regulations - Language: English (French/ Spanish an asset) *What We Offer:* - Competitive salary and benefits - Opportunities for growth and development - Dynamic and supportive team environment.
