US Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced US Recruitment Coordinator with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment for

both non-technical and technical positions across the United States. The ideal candidate should possess excellent sourcing,

screening, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and onboarding skills, along with a strong understanding of US

employment regulations. This role will also support new hire onboarding activities and maintain accurate employee records to

ensure a seamless employee experience from hire through onboarding.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for both non-technical and technical positions across the US market.

• Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates through various job boards, social media platforms, networking, and

other sourcing channels.

• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary screening and calls, and assess candidate suitability based on requirements.

• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Utilize major US job boards (LinkedIn) and sourcing tools to identify top talent.

Skills and Abilities

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand job requirements and recruitment priorities and schedule the

interviews accordingly.

• Ensure compliance with US employment laws, hiring regulations, and recruitment best practices.

• Schedule interviews, coordinate with the candidates and stakeholders, maintain accurate candidate records and

recruitment activities within ATS (Jobvite) and recruitment systems.

• Coordinate and manage new hire onboarding activities, including pre-joining documentation, background verification

follow-ups, onboarding communication, and orientation scheduling.

• Assist new hires through the onboarding process and serve as a point of contact for onboarding-related queries.

• Support HR operations related to employee documentation, record management, and onboarding administration.

• Meet recruitment targets, turnaround times, and quality hiring metrics.

• Proven experience of 3-5 years in hiring across multiple functions within non-technical and technical positions.

• Firsthand experience with major US job boards and sourcing platforms.

• Basic understanding of US employment laws, hiring regulations, and recruitment compliance.

• Familiarity with US job roles, compensation structures, market trends, and hiring practices.

• Experience collaborating with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruitment tools
