- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and ad hoc operational reports for the Call Center Manager
- Support the onboarding coordination of new law firms and medical providers by collecting required documentation and facilitating handoffs to the appropriate team
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and flag them to the Call Center Manager with recommended solutions
- Ensure all documentation, records, and communications involving patient data are handled in full compliance with HIPAA
- Assist the Receptionist and Referral Coordinator with overflow tasks during high-volume periods
- Maintain organized records of communications, tasks, and department activities

- Strong organizational and time management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and healthcare operational workflows
- Prior experience in an operations coordination, project coordination, or administrative support role
