Operations Coordinator/Dispatcher and Locksmith

Now Hiring: Dispatcher / In-House Locksmith – Tarzana, CA

American Lock & Key, a family-owned locksmith company since 1988, is seeking a motivated, friendly, and reliable Dispatcher/In-House Locksmith to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Answer customer calls & schedule jobs
• Dispatch techs in the field
• Assist walk-in customers (key cutting, sales)
• Handle basic locksmith work (training available) and provide assistance in the field
• Use industry software, manage inventory, and keep things organized

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication & multitasking skills
• Positive attitude under pressure
• 1+ year locksmith experience or locksmith course certificate
• Clean background & drug test
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be able to commute to Tarzana, CA

Details:

• Pay: $750–$1250/week
• Part-time
