Job Overview:

  • upervising the review of facility documentation, monitoring asset-related processes, and ensuring full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reports and records, supports audit readiness, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to drive smooth operations and mitigate risk.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review credit facility documents drafted for client execution to ensure compliance with approval terms and conditions, minimize risk of errors, discrepancies, and legal issues.
  • Ensure adherence to credit approvals, policies, procedures, and legal requirements to maintain.consistency, mitigate operational and legal risks, and protect the organization's financial and reputational standing.
  • Verify the quality and accuracy of documents and MIS reports and monitor their due dates to maintain data integrity, enable reliable reporting, and support informed decision-making.
  • Ensure timely implementation of Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) circulars and track changes to uphold regulatory compliance, minimize legal exposure, and ensure seamless policy integration.
  • Prepare monthly I-Score and Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) reports to provide essential credit information, support risk assessment, and fulfill regulatory obligations.
  • Monitor compliance with credit approval conditions and undertakings to ensure full adherence to approved terms and enhance client trust and institutional credibility.
  • Set up and control system-based credit limit activations to prevent financial/operational losses and reinforce risk management controls.
  • Periodically check and follow up on original legal documents to ensure legal validity, safeguard rights, and mitigate documentation-related risks.
  • Coordinate registration of assets with the Egyptian Credit Bureau (ECR) to promote
  • transparency, reduce fraud risk, and support accurate credit evaluation.
  • Follow up on asset insurance, inspections, and contract compliance to protect the organization's interests and reduce the risk of loss or contract violations.
  • Maintain systematic archiving and ensure accurate and timely data entry to support audit
  • readiness, ensure compliance, and enable operational efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues to streamline processes, enhance cross-functional coordination, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate or lead ad-hoc projects that may go beyond formal accountabilities to satisfy and respond accordingly to business needs.
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including implementation of Company guidelines, performing training, monitoring compliance etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in investigation in Banking and non-banking financial

institutions.

  • Business Acumen.
  • Excellent Command in English.
  • Adapting & Responding to Change.
  • Familiar with banking systems – preferable.
