Role Summary:
We are looking for a sharp Operations & Data Secretary to act as the central point for our team’s data and tasks. This role is not just about data entry; it’s about organizing our system, following up on employee tasks, and creating clear reports to help us track everything.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Follow-up: Acting as a coordinator to ensure all employees provide the required information and update their tasks on time.
• Data Entry & Tracking: Entering order numbers and tracking the status of all orders from start to finish.
• Excel Mastery: Managing "Master Excel" files, ensuring they are always updated, and creating color-coded Dashboards and reports.
• System Organization: Organizing the internal system, preparing update sheets, and handling any administrative tasks as needed.
• Performance Reporting: Turning numbers into simple, visual reports that show the progress of work.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Data Entry and Administrative Support.
• Advanced Excel Skills (Ability to create Dashboards, formulas, and professional formatting).
• Strong personality with excellent follow-up and "task-chasing" skills.
• Highly organized, tidy, and proactive (able to prepare things before being asked).
• Fluent in English (Written and Spoken).
