OPERATIONS DIRECTOR – CAIRO

Client Obsession (Non-Negotiable)

  • Turn performance into expansion.

BPO Expertise Required

You understand:

  • SLA math
  • Forecasting & WFM
  • FCR drivers
  • Quality levers
  • Margin mechanics
  • North American client expectations

C1 English minimum.

Executive presence required.

If I ask you what’s hurting occupancy or repeat contacts, you break it down in minutes.
