Job Purpose:
The Operations Director is responsible for
leading, optimizing, and scaling all operational activities
across Entertainment and F&B assets. The role ensures
operational excellence, guest experience, profitability, safety, and brand consistency
across multiple venues, while driving continuous improvement and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end operations for Entertainment and F&B venues, ensuring seamless daily performance across all assets.

Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and SOPs aligned with business objectives.

Oversee venue readiness, opening processes, and operational stabilization for new launches.

Own operational budgets, P&L performance, cost control, and margin optimization.

Drive revenue growth through operational efficiency, upselling strategies, and performance optimization.

Monitor KPIs including revenue, labor cost, COGS, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experience across all touchpoints.

Maintain consistent service standards, quality control, and brand compliance.

Handle escalated guest issues and ensure effective resolution processes.

Build, lead, and develop multi-site operational teams, including venue managers, F&B managers, and support functions.

Set performance objectives, conduct reviews, and implement succession planning.

Foster a high-performance, safety-driven, and guest-centric culture.

Ensure full compliance with HSE, food safety, licensing, and regulatory requirements.

Lead risk management, emergency preparedness, and incident response across all venues.

Liaise with authorities and ensure all operational permits and certifications are maintained.

Coordinate with developers, landlords, brands, franchise partners, and operators.

Manage third-party operators, vendors, and service providers to ensure service-level compliance.

Act as the primary operational point of contact for key stakeholders.

Support expansion plans, feasibility reviews, and operational input for new concepts.

Lead process optimization, digital transformation, and efficiency initiatives.

Analyze performance data and implement corrective action plans.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Minimum 10–15 years of operational experience in Entertainment and/or F&B.

Proven track record in multi-site operations management.

Strong exposure to P&L ownership and large operational teams.

Strong leadership and people development capabilities.

Deep understanding of F&B operations, entertainment venues, and guest experience management.

Commercially astute with strong financial and analytical skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
-
Experience with large-scale entertainment destinations, leisure hubs, or mixed-use developments.

Background in pre-opening and new concept launches.
-
Regional or international operations exposure.
