Position Summary

Dispatchers/Managers on Duty are the central conduit of communication for drivers, customers and other branches of our company. Use your problem solving and customer service skills to come up with effective and creative solutions in the moment. Help set the drivers up for success by assigning shifts, and answering questions as they arise. Assist office staff with data entry and other day to day tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties of the Dispatcher include:

• Communicating with drivers and customers
• Creatively handling and resolving any driver or guest service issues
• Locating and expediting lost luggage/lost & found items
• Working with our technology to ensure drivers and other staff are as successful as possible
• Dispatching coaches at different locations around the city
• Completing administrative duties as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
The Dispatcher must meet the following criteria in order to be considered as an applicant:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Be a U.S. Citizen or be able to provide verification of authorization to work in the U.S.
• Be able to work April thru September
• Be able to work in a team environment
• Have excellent guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Have basic computer skills
• Must love fast paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
