Looking for a summer job where you play a key role behind the scenes? As an Operations Dispatcher at Enchanted Parks, you'll help keep the park running safely and smoothly by handling calls, communicating with park teams, and dispatching help where it's needed. This position is perfect for young adults who are organized, calm under pressure, and interested in gaining realworld operations and communication experience.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls and gather important information quickly and accurately
• Dispatch the correct park teams, including Admissions, Aquatics, Maintenance, Park Services, and Rides
• Monitor multiple radio channels and record key details
• Distribute equipment to approved and trained personnel
• Assist with creating and sharing operational reports with park leadership
• Stay organized and focused during busy or emergency situations
• Support Operations leadership with additional tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• Minimum age: 18
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fastpaced environment
• Calm and professional demeanor during highpressure situations
• Comfortable using computers, including Office 365, and typing efficiently
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and preseason training
• Availability to work an average of five shifts per week
• Followthrough skills and attention to detail
• Prior Enchanted Parks employment is helpful but not required

Other Duties

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support park operations.
