Operations Excellence Manager – F&B

Role Summary

We are looking for an Operations Excellence Manager to improve and standardize operations across all branches. The role focuses on designing processes, building SOPs, and improving efficiency, speed, and consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Design and improve operational processes across all areas
  • Analyze workflows and identify bottlenecks
  • Develop and standardize SOPs
  • Improve speed of service and overall efficiency
  • Conduct operational audits and identify gaps
  • Support training and rollout of new processes
  • Monitor performance and ensure consistency across branches
  • Work closely with operations team to drive improvement

Scope of Work

  • In-store operations (kitchen, bar, service flow)
  • Central kitchen / production
  • Purchasing processes
  • Inventory management
  • Manpower planning

Requirements

  • Experience in F&B operations (Fast Casual or QSR preferred)
  • Background in operations excellence or process improvement
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in SOP development and process design
  • Hands-on and field-oriented mindset
