Rgheeb is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager for our Specialty Coffee division. This role involves overseeing the daily operations, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of service and product quality. Responsibilities
1. Operations Management

Manage the daily functioning of all coffee outlets to guarantee seamless and efficient operation

Uphold excellent standards in coffee quality, customer service, and cleanliness

Ensure all locations follow SOPs, brand guidelines, and health & safety requirements

Track workflow efficiency and introduce improvements where needed
2. Specialty Coffee Quality Control

Maintain consistency in coffee preparation methods (espresso, manual brewing, specialty beverages)

Ensure coffee equipment is properly calibrated and brewing standards are met

Collaborate closely with Store Managers, Head Baristas, and Coffee Trainers on quality assessments
-
Oversee proper sourcing, storage, and handling of coffee beans
3. Team Leadership & Development

Guide, mentor, and develop store managers and baristas

Conduct consistent training sessions focused on specialty coffee standards and customer service excellence

Monitor employee performance and apply plans for improvement as necessary

Foster a cohesive team culture that aligns with brand values
4. Financial & Cost Control

Oversee P&L performance for all outlets

Manage labor costs, minimize waste, and control operational expenditures

Analyze sales data and develop strategies to boost revenue

Ensure accurate inventory management and reduce stock losses
5. Customer Experience

Guarantee a superior customer experience that reflects specialty coffee culture

Address customer feedback and resolve complaints in a professional manner

Implement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty
6. Supply Chain & Inventory

Supervise ordering, inventory control, and supplier relationships

Ensure the consistent availability of coffee beans, milk, and essential operational supplies

Coordinate with central kitchen or roastery as applicable
7. Compliance & Standards

Ensure all operations comply with local laws, food safety, and hygiene standards

Conduct routine audits at all branches

Maintain comprehensive documentation and operational records
8. Business Development

Support plans for business expansion such as new store launches and concept innovations

Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and profitability

Collaborate with marketing to deploy promotions and seasonal campaigns
Requirements-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Food Science, or a related field.

A minimum of 4–8 years’ experience in food and beverage operations, specifically in specialty coffee
-
Strong leadership and team management skills.

In-depth knowledge of coffee production processes and quality control.

Strong knowledge of specialty coffee standards and brewing techniques

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
