Royal Smart Limousine (RSL) is Dubai’s premier provider of luxury transportation, delivering elite chauffeur-driven services to corporate clients, VIPs, hospitality groups, and government entities. We are currently seeking a Senior Operations Executive with strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills to join our dynamic team and support seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Coordination & Efficiency
- Oversee daily transport operations to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Manage bookings, schedules, and chauffeur assignments through platforms like ODOO and RSL Web Booker.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients, chauffeurs, and internal teams.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile and corporate clients.
- Build strong, long-term relationships by delivering responsive and tailored service.
- Anticipate client needs and resolve concerns with professionalism.
3. Team Oversight & Support
- Guide and support junior operations staff in executing daily tasks.
- Provide training on internal tools (e.g., ODOO, RSL app) and operational protocols.
- Monitor performance to ensure team accountability and service excellence.
4. Real-Time Problem Solving
- Handle escalations, on-the-ground issues, and unexpected delays or challenges.
- Collaborate with dispatch and chauffeur teams to implement fast solutions.
5. Data Management & Accuracy
- Maintain accurate booking, payment, and client records in the system.
- Ensure data integrity and reporting consistency for analysis and audits.
6. Reporting & Analytics
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on booking trends, utilization, and service performance.
- Analyze KPIs and recommend process improvements or operational adjustments.
7. Customer Experience & Quality Control
- Ensure all service interactions meet RSL’s high standards of quality, etiquette, and professionalism.
- Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
8. Promo Management & App Support
- Coordinate with the marketing team to manage promotional codes and boost app usage.
- Address app-related issues and ensure client-facing features run smoothly.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in operations or logistics, preferably within transportation, hospitality, or luxury services.
- Strong working knowledge of ODOO, booking platforms, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure and adapt quickly to changing demands.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- High attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
