Operations Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the smooth execution of daily operational activities, ensure process compliance, and support the operations team in optimizing warehouse and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations.
• Coordinate with warehouses, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency.
• Support the operations team in streamlining processes and implementing best practices.
• Handle client queries and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in vendor management and procurement-related operational tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
