Roles and Responsibilities of Operations Executive
1. Store Operations Management
- Ensure smooth daily operations across one or multiple retail stores.
- Monitor store cleanliness, layout, product display, and merchandising.
- Ensure store opening and closing procedures are followed properly.
- Oversee the product portfolio for each store.
- Manage liaison for land acquisition processes.
2. Staff Coordination & Supervision
- Assist in scheduling, supervising, and supporting store staff.
- Monitor employee performance and productivity.
- Provide training and ensure staff follow operational standards and customer service protocols.
- Coordinate a review meeting with the team.
3. Customer Service Support
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service standards.
- Monitor feedback and suggest improvements in service delivery.
4. Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain or warehouse for replenishment.
- Ensure timely stock checks and conduct regular audits.
- Prevent stock shortages, pilferage, and overstock situations.
5. Sales Monitoring & Reporting
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Identify trends and suggest actionable insights to improve performance.
- Prepare and present operational and sales reports to management.
6. Process Implementation & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure health, safety, and legal compliance within the store environment.
7. Coordination with Other Departments
- Liaise with supply chain, HR, marketing, and finance departments.
- Communicate operational needs and align goals across functions.
8. Technology and Systems Handling
- Use POS (Point of Sale), inventory, and ERP systems efficiently.
- Report technical issues and coordinate with IT support for resolutions.
9. Promotions & Visual Merchandising
- Support execution of promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met.

- Strong communication and people management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations systems (POS, ERP).
- Customer-centric approach.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience & Qualifications:
· Master’s degree is required in supply chain management.
· Candidates have 1+ years of experience in relevant field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
