Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized Grooming Operations Executive to manage and coordinate our grooming services. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations across outbound/inbound calls, chat support, order scheduling and tracking, payment tracking, and managing groomers and customers. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for pets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound / Inbound Calls & Chat Support:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently via calls and chat.
  • Conduct outbound calls for service confirmation, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
  • Manage communications from multiple lead sources, including App, Exotel, website inquiries, marketing campaigns, WhatsApp leads, and chat platforms.
  • Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers at all times.

2. Order Tracking:

  • Track daily grooming orders from booking to completion.
  • Coordinate with groomers and logistics teams to ensure timely service.
  • Manage reschedules, cancellations, and urgent grooming requests.

3. Order Scheduling:

  • Plan and allocate grooming appointments efficiently across the team.
  • Optimize grooming routes and time slots for maximum efficiency.
  • Coordinate with customers for preferred timings and communicate schedule changes proactively.

4. Payment Tracking:

  • Monitor and track payments for all grooming services.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and timely collection.
  • Coordinate with finance teams for reconciliation and reporting.

5. Groomer & Customer Management:

  • Allocate grooming tasks efficiently among the team.
  • Track groomer attendance, punctuality, and service quality.
  • Collect and act on customer feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain records of groomer performance and customer interactions.

Operational Support:

  • Maintain dashboards for bookings, completions, cancellations, and payments.
  • Identify bottlenecks and provide actionable insights to improve operations.
  • Ensure grooming SOPs, hygiene, and pet safety standards are strictly followed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in operations, customer service, or service delivery (pet industry experience a plus).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication(written and Oral) skills in English; Kannada/Hindi/telugu is a plus.
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, operational dashboards, service apps, and chat platforms.
  • Passionate about pets and delivering high-quality pet care experiences.
  • Laptop is a must

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
