Courier Support & Operations Executive

We are looking for Support & Operations Executives who will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day courier operations for our clients. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing courier-related issues — from raising tickets in our CRM to coordinating with courier partners and ensuring timely resolution as per our SLA.

Key Responsibilities

• Raise, track, and manage courier-related tickets for our clients (like delays, lost shipments, RTO discrepancies, weight disputes, etc.) in our CRM system.
• Prioritize and coordinate with courier partners (Delhivery, Xpressbees, etc.) to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Communicate with clients regarding the status and resolution of their courier-related concerns.
• Monitor SLAs and escalate unresolved or high-priority issues.
• Maintain detailed logs of all tickets and their progress for reporting and analysis.
• Support the operations team in improving courier performance metrics and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Account Management, etc.) to streamline the complaint and escalation process.
• Atleast 6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics operations, courier management, or eCommerce support.
• Familiarity with courier partners and shipping processes (pickup, tracking, RTO, claims, etc.).
• Experience in using CRMs, ticketing systems, or Excel/Google Sheets for tracking issues.
• Strong communication and coordination skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet SLAs.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accountability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
