Operations Executive

Location: Mumbai (Andheri East – On-site)

Experience: 1–3 years in corporate event operations or engagement projects

Role Overview:

The Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of corporate events, including virtual, hybrid, and offline events. The role demands strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining a high standard of delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute end-to-end corporate events (virtual, hybrid, and offline).
• Coordinate with clients to understand objectives, suggest engagement solutions, and customize event experiences.
• Manage logistics, including venues, vendors, materials, and event-day operations.
• Operate and troubleshoot virtual event platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).
• Support on-ground execution—stage management, attendee flow, vendor coordination, and event timelines.
• Maintain event checklists, budgets, timelines, and post-event reports.
• Gather feedback to evaluate and improve future events.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in corporate event operations or employee engagement projects.
• Proficiency in virtual platforms (Zoom, MS Teams) and Google Workspace / Excel.
• Strong multitasking, coordination, and communication skills.
• Flexible to work evenings or weekends as per event schedules.
• Passion for creative, gamified, and engaging employee experiences.
