Operations Executive

• Objective: Ensure smooth order-to-cash execution across production, inventory, dispatch, and documentation
• Convert sales orders into pick/pack/dispatch plans and achieve OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) delivery
• Coordinate daily production plans with demand; track WIP, finished goods readiness, and line changeovers
• Monitor inventory levels; run cycle counts; reconcile variances; maintain FEFO and expiry hygiene
• Book transport with approved partners; prepare LR, e-waybill, e-invoice (as applicable); track shipments until POD closure
• Liaise with transporters/3PLs and packaging/processing vendors to meet SLAs and timelines
• Maintain dashboards for dispatch TAT, OTIF %, freight per case/km, damages/returns; escalate anomalies and drive fixes
• Handle returns, shortages, and damages; log claims and close with transporters/warehouses
• Ensure compliance and accurate documentation (GST docs, GRN/DRN, gate passes); keep audit-ready records
• Follow and refine SOPs for picking, packing, loading, and documentation; drive small Kaizen/process improvements
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, Accounts/Finance, and QA for seamless execution
• Publish daily/weekly MIS on orders, inventory, dispatches, TAT, and exceptions
• Do and perform all tasks assigned by senior management
• Graduate (Operations/Logistics/Supply Chain/Commerce preferred)
• 3–5 years’ experience in FMCG/CPG operations or logistics coordination (factory/warehouse/dispatch)
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; ERP (ERPNext/Tally/others) exposure is a plus
• Strong coordination, follow-through, and problem-solving; ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with e-waybill/e-invoice, POD closure, and basic GST documentation (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
