Role Summary:

Responsible for coordinating daily operations between the office, factory, and buyers, managing vendors and materials, and maintaining reports to ensure smooth production and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the factory, buyers, and internal teams for production updates and order tracking.

- Manage vendor relationships for fabric, trims, packaging, and other factory requirements.

- Handle procurement, order placement, and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery.

- Maintain and update production, order, and inventory reports.

- Prepare daily or weekly operational reports and assist in data analysis.

- Support general administrative and operational tasks related to production and sourcing.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of experience in operations, preferably in apparel or manufacturing.

- Strong communication skills in English.

- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).

- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.
