Job Summary:

The Operation Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing end-to-end operational activities related to assessments and examinations. This includes candidate management, logistics coordination, test center management, vendor liaison, and ensuring compliance with quality and data security standards.

Key Responsibilities:1. Assessment Operations Management

  • Coordinate and execute all operational activities for assessments/examinations (online/offline).
  • Manage scheduling, candidate registrations, and assessment logistics.
  • Ensure smooth test-day execution by liaising with test centers, proctors, and technical teams.
  • Maintain data accuracy and ensure adherence to confidentiality protocols.

2. Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a point of contact between internal departments (client servicing, technical, and quality) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, invigilators, centers).
  • Provide operational updates and reports to management and clients as required.

3. Vendor & Center Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage examination centers and invigilation teams.
  • Ensure centers comply with infrastructure, safety, and technical requirements.
  • Manage vendor payments and performance evaluation.

4. Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance with ISO/NCVT/NSDC or other relevant assessment standards.
  • Handle incident reports and escalate issues as needed.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on assessment status, logistics, and manpower.
  • Maintain proper documentation of project-related communications and deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business Administration, Operations, or related field).
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or assessment/examination management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in educational assessments, skill testing, or government examination projects.
  • Knowledge of online testing platforms or LMS systems.
  • Familiarity with government/sector skill councils (SSC) processes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Timely and error-free execution of assessments.
  • Client satisfaction and feedback scores.
  • Accuracy of reporting and documentation.
  • Adherence to SOPs and compliance standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
