Operations Executive

The role requires a proactive individual with strong customer support experience, keen attention to detail, and the ability to streamline processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
• Knowledge in KSA Immigration/Labor procedures will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge with KSA govt. websites (MOL, GOSI, MUDAAD, MUQEEM etc.).
• Strong knowledge in KSA Visa procedures.
• Good experience in dealing with Government authorities
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
• Strong knowledge in KSA Iqama and Visa procedures.
• In-depth understanding of Saudi laws, labor regulations, and government processes.
