Operations Executive

About the Role:
Ocudi Shipping Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Operations Executive with solid freight forwarding experience, handling both import and export operations (FCL & LCL). The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of international shipping processes, documentation, and coordination, along with excellent communication and vendor management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end import and export operations for FCL and LCL shipments.
• Prepare, verify, and manage all shipping documentation (MBL, HBL, BL drafts, etc.).
• Manage and coordinate core operational functions to ensure smooth and timely shipment f low.
• Negotiate and coordinate with counterpart operations teams to ensure timely shipment processing and seamless logistics flow.
• Ensure timely billing, job file updates, and compliance with company standards.
• Facilitate effective communication across teams, manage escalations, and provide regular operational reports to senior management.
• Proactively resolve shipment-related issues and maintain strong client and vendor relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding operations (import/export, FCL/LCL).
• Proven ability to lead and supervise an operations team.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably Climax) and relevant freight management platforms.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Salary: PKR 60,000 – 75,000 per month, based on experience and skills,
