Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel bookings for staff, managers, and directors:
- Bus, train, flight (domestic & international), and airport transfers
- Visa processing, travel insurance, and foreign exchange support
- Maintain travel calendars aligned with project schedules and site mobilizations
- Liaise with travel agencies, transport vendors, and booking platforms for best rates and availability
- Ensure timely ticketing, itinerary sharing, and emergency support during travel
- Track travel expenses, approvals, and budget limits per project/site
- Maintain travel logs, booking records, and employee movement registers
- Support onboarding logistics for new hires and site transfers
- Coordinate hotel bookings and accommodation for project teams
- Assist in documentation for international travel (Guyana project):
- Passport validity checks, visa forms, vaccination records, and embassy coordination
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and audit requirements
- Prepare monthly travel MIS reports for management review
- Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and re-bookings with agility
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in travel coordination, preferably in engineering or contracting firms
- Proficiency in travel booking portals (IRCTC, MakeMyTrip, Yatra, airline websites, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with visa procedures and international travel protocols
- Ability to manage high-volume travel requests under tight timelines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
