The Operations Executive is responsible for supporting daily operational activities to ensure smooth business processes, efficient workflow, and timely execution of tasks. The role involves coordinating between departments, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:Operational Support
· Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring day-to-day operations.
· Ensure operational activities are completed on time and in accordance with company standards.
· Prepare operational reports, documentation, and performance updates.
· Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency.
Coordination & Communication
· Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Sales, Finance, Logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
· Act as a point of contact for queries and follow up on pending tasks.
· Communicate operational requirements and updates clearly to teams.
Process & Documentation
· Maintain accurate records of operational activities, schedules, and transactions.
· Assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflow documentation.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Problem Solving
· Address operational issues and escalate them to management when necessary.
· Support management with data and insights for decision-making.
· Handle urgent tasks or unexpected operational challenges efficiently.
Skills & Requirements:
· Proven experience in operations, coordination, or administrative roles.
· Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Knowledge of logistics, workflow, or project coordination is a plus.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
· 1–4 years of relevant experience in operations or administrative roles.
