Operations Executive – Logistics & Events

Role Overview A retail/events brand is looking for an Operations Executive to handle day-to-day logistics, 3PL partnerships, stock management, and the setup & execution of pop-up stores and exhibitions across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage order uploads and returns processing with 3PL partners post-event
• Conduct stock reconciliation using 3PL reports and internal IT systems
• Ensure on-time stock delivery to pop-up stores, exhibitions, and wholesale partners
• Support launch preparation and physical setup of pop-up stores and exhibitions
• Handle shipment receiving at event locations and verify against supplier packing lists
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of operational materials (carrier bags, POS systems, etc.)
• Assist in interviewing, selecting, training, and onboarding temporary event staff
• Attend project scoping meetings and maintain clear understanding of timelines

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or event coordination
• Hands-on experience with 3PL logistics and warehouse partners
• Familiarity with 3PL platforms and inventory management tools
• Strong ability to work under pressure and deliver against tight deadlines
• Highly organized, analytical, and proactive mindset
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic reporting tools
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Available to start immediately or within short notice
