Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across multiple organisational initiatives
- Support execution and tracking of CSR, government, and institutional projects
- Liaise with internal teams, partners, PSUs, banks, and external stakeholders
- Maintain and update project documentation, reports, timelines, and master trackers
- Assist in drafting official letters, emails, MoUs, work orders, and compliance documents
- Support monitoring of payments, invoices, fund requisitions, and record-keeping
- Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes of meetings (MoMs), and follow up on action items
- Assist leadership with operational planning and process improvement

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Email)
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of responsibilities
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
Eligibility & Experience:
- Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline (Social Sciences / Management preferred)
- 0 - 3 years of experience in operations, administration, or NGO/CSR environment
- Fresh graduates with strong learning attitude may also apply
