- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and streamline workflow processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operations.
- Assist in inventory management, procurement, and logistics coordination.
- Support cross-functional teams including Sales, HR, Finance, and Production to ensure operational alignment.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports for management.
- Handle vendor communication, liaise with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Assist in implementing operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and projects.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations or administration.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or corporate operations is a plus.
