  • Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor and streamline workflow processes, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operations.
  • Assist in inventory management, procurement, and logistics coordination.
  • Support cross-functional teams including Sales, HR, Finance, and Production to ensure operational alignment.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports for management.
  • Handle vendor communication, liaise with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Assist in implementing operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and projects.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic ERP/CRM systems.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations or administration.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or corporate operations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
