Position Title: Operations Executive

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Forex Operations Executive to support day-to-day operational activities. This role serves as a key link between front-office sales/trading teams and back-office settlement, compliance, and client support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle operational client queries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Process client requests for account changes, transfers, and profile adjustments.
• Perform KYC/AML checks and support account verification and activation.
• Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and performance logs.
• Maintain CRM records and assist in updating client information.
• Escalate unresolved issues and operational risks to management.

Requirements

• 1-2 years in Forex/CFD brokerage operations or related financial services.
• Knowledge of CRM/back-office platforms.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-department teams and external partners.
