Job Summary
The Operations Executive will be responsible for supporting daily operational activities, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and assisting in the implementation of organizational processes to achieve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily operational activities.
- Ensure smooth execution of operational processes and workflows.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support operational requirements.
- Monitor compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, records, and documentation.
- Support vendor coordination, logistics, and administrative tasks as required.
- Assist in implementing operational improvements and efficiency initiatives.
- Handle operational issues and escalate matters to management when required.
- Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
