Operations Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support and manage operational activities related to consumer finance and auto loans. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating with internal teams, handling customer contracts, and ensuring smooth operational processes while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Care and Product Management, to coordinate resources throughout the operational and sales cycle.


• Present company products, services, and operational processes effectively to new and existing customers.


• Identify potential customer opportunities and support business growth initiatives.


• Ensure operational targets and company standards are consistently achieved.


• Provide accurate operational and sales-related reports and forecasts when required.


• Foster a collaborative and professional working environment across teams.


• Prepare contracts based on customer requests and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.


• Clearly explain contract terms and conditions to customers.


• Ensure proper archiving and documentation of signed contracts.


• Maintain operational accuracy while handling customer data and documentation.

Requirements:

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Law, Commerce, Business Administration , or any related field.
  


• 
  1–3 years of experience in operations, preferably within Auto Loans and Consumer Finance Operations .
  


• Experience in consumer finance and auto loan operations is a must.


• Strong communication and organizational skills.


• Excellent attention to detail and documentation handling.


• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
