Operations Executive /2+yrs/ Digital Marketing Experience

Xpress Labels Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive, who is experienced in Digital marketing activities and to oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking abilities, and a problem-solving mindset to support efficient execution of company processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day operational activities across departments and branches.
• Can co-ordinate and execute digital marketing activities.
• Track branch performance and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining operational policies and procedures.
• Follow up with teams and branches for data collection, documentation, and timely task completion.
• Support management in process improvement, planning, and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflows and quick resolution of operational issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or similar roles.
• Strong command of MS Excel and experience with report generation.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to driving operational efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
