The Operations Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations related to procurement, inventory, warehousing and distribution of automotive spare parts. The role ensures the timely availability of parts, accurate stock management, smooth coordination with suppliers and buyers, and facilitates communication between departments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day procurement activities and warehouse operations.
  • Act as a liaison between internal (staff) and external (suppliers/customers) stakeholders.
  • Track progress of ongoing tasks and address operational bottlenecks.
  • Facilitate communication across teams (Buyer / Warehouse / Finance) to align operations with company goals and oversee the procurement process.
  • Respond to queries and provide updates on vendor-related operational concerns such as PO status / Order ETA and follow up / ASN to GRN/ Report Discrepancies.
  • Track key metrics on daily/weekly/monthly purchases, supplier invoices and reports on performance and productivity.
  • PPR's Closing (30-35 invoices per day) / Scanning invoices / Verifying GRN Status / Post to Complete after reconciling.
  • Assist the Sales team for cancellation of orders and Sales Return (Raise cancellation of orders in the platform due to Price adjustments, Change of mind, Defective).
  • Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, filed for audits/records and in adherence to legal or company standards.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Escalate critical issues to management and follow up on resolutions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
