Operations Executive (Contracts)

We’re hiring an Operations / Admin Executive to support our growing contracts division at Aventus. This is a key hire working directly with our Operations Manager, playing a central role in keeping a fast-paced, high-volume contract desk running smoothly. If you enjoy being at the heart of the action and making things happen behind the scenes, this one’s for you.


What you’ll be doing:

• Managing contractor onboarding end-to-end (documentation, compliance, visa coordination)

• Owning timesheet processes and payroll support for a large contractor base

• Supporting client invoicing and actively following up on aged receivables

• Keeping internal operations running efficiently across the contracts desk

• Acting as a key support function to a busy, revenue-generating team


What we’re looking for:

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable managing multiple workflows and deadlines simultaneously

• Proactive, hands-on, and takes full ownership of tasks

• Experience in admin, HR operations, payroll, or recruitment support (preferred)

• Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, sometimes chaotic environment and brings structure to it
