Operations Executive
We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our Business Director. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business operations, strategic planning, and executive leadership support within a global IT company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies.
- Provide executive support to the Business Director, including calendar management, travel coordination, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Attend meetings, record minutes, track action items, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with departments to monitor deliverables and KPIs.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and formal business documentation.
- Support project management activities and operational tracking.
- Facilitate internal communication between the Director and teams.
- Participate in strategic discussions and assist in business planning and reporting.
- Support technical coordination when required.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in executive support or operations (Fresh IT graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello or Notion is a plus (not mandatory).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required (mandatory).
