Operations Executive (Fulfilment)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire order fulfilment process, from order receipt to delivery
• Coordinate with other departments, including inventory, and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.
• Resolve any fulfilment-related issues, such as delays, errors, returns, or customer complaints, in a timely and effective manner.
• Implement and optimize fulfilment processes to improve speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on fulfilment activities, key metrics, and weekly / monthly management review reports
• Work with technology solutions to manage order tracking and fulfilment systems.

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
